FoodTrust partner, The Prince Edward Island Preserve Company, was founded more than 20 years ago when two friends met over a glass of fine Grand Marnier liqueur and 200 pounds of field-ripened strawberries. Today, our Strawberry with Grand Marnier fruit spread has become one of our most popular flavours, bringing together our trademark commitment to the freshest local and sourced ingredients, original recipes and dedication to quality.
Our spreads are made the old-fashioned way—in small batches, by hand, in a restored 1913 buttery overlooking the green, rolling hills of Prince Edward Island. A high fruit content and low sugar content showcases farm-fresh produce at its best.
